About the Role

You will manage the robotic fleet at a customer site, monitor system health and workflows, troubleshoot and repair robots, analyze operational data, and coordinate with customer operations and internal teams. You will also support testing, product validation, and improvements to deployment procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, picking workflows, labor management, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems, or strong technical aptitude.
• Analytical skills for interpreting data and improving operations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Willingness to work onsite daily at customer locations.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, lift, walk, and reach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor robotic fleet health, activity, task execution, and workflows.
• Manage and optimize workflows to achieve throughput and operational KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite.
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis.
• Provide structured feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases.
• Compile and analyze operational data to generate recommendations.
• Liaise between customer operations and internal teams.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures, best practices, and playbooks.
