Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; hybrid schedule with remote work on Monday and Friday and in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities in Coupa, including requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, contracting, and procurement templates.
• Lead RFQs and RFPs for mid-value purchases, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and support supplier consolidation.
• Provide regional chemicals category support for manufacturing sites across the United States and Canada.
• Maintain supplier data, monitor supplier performance, resolve invoice and delivery issues, and support supply continuity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on procurement requirements, policy compliance, category strategies, and process improvements.
• Mentor Buyers and support automation and digital procurement transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or buying roles.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar spend categories across multiple facilities.
• Experience negotiating chemical supply agreements and commercial terms; manufacturing, specialty chemicals, carbon materials, or industrial products experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or a similar e-procurement platform.
• Strong knowledge of tactical sourcing, category execution, procurement governance, compliance, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and supplier performance management.
