Product Lead (AI)

Location: 100% remote, US-based; availability required during core business hours from 8am to 5pm ET. Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

What you will do

• Lead the modernization assessment for a federal client's legacy loan servicing platform across requirements, solutioning, data, and AI development workstreams.
• Define the future-state vision and map legacy capabilities to their target enterprise platform destinations.
• Lead executive alignment, requirements workshops, value-stream reviews, and presentations of options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Direct legacy function disposition analysis and phased modernization roadmaps covering migration, retirement, automation, consolidation, deferral, and replacement.
• Champion responsible AI use, including AI-enabled prototyping, reusable agents and skills, AI development tooling, and incorporation of pilot results into the roadmap.
• Manage cross-functional teams, risks, dependencies, scope changes, client relationships, and delivery of monthly client-ready work products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or additional experience with an Associate's degree or high school diploma.
• Experience leading legacy system modernization, migration, or decommissioning assessments and producing executive roadmaps and implementation options.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, value-stream analysis, future-state visioning, analytical problem-solving, and executive presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and leadership in ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• US-based remote work, core-hours availability from 8am to 5pm ET, and eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Federal loan servicing, benefits-delivery applications, mortgage servicing, or enterprise platform migration experience.
• Existing Public Trust clearance and familiarity with MISMO data standards and servicer reporting.
• Experience implementing Salesforce or AWS solutions for the federal government.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools in FedRAMP-authorized environments, DevSecOps, federal Technical Reference Model standards, Jira, or Confluence.
