Senior Data Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $97,900–$133,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage configuration control, data management, deficiency reporting, and related lifecycle processes.
• Implement requirements, document, change, production, delivery, and configuration management policies.
• Acquire, validate, store, protect, and process enterprise data to ensure accessibility, reliability, and timeliness.
• Develop data architectures, policies, practices, and procedures for full data lifecycle management.
• Document data flows, business rules, dependencies, processes, and production support procedures.
• Make independent technical decisions for moderately complex to complex project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Python experience for data processing, transformation, automation, validation, or related workflows.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL, SSIS, and Databricks.
• At least 3 years of experience working with relational databases and large, complex datasets.
• Strong technical documentation skills covering data flows, business rules, dependencies, processes, and production support procedures.
• Ability to work remotely from Kentucky with a dedicated workspace and internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, QlikView, Hadoop, SQL, or similar data extraction and analysis technologies.
