Data Engineer (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: United States, remote

The company provides technology and transportation services that help payers and health systems reduce barriers to non-emergency medical transportation through a proprietary platform and a nationwide provider network.

What you will do

• Design reusable data models across encounters, claims, eligibility, rides, and other enterprise data domains.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and reporting architecture with SQL and Python.
• Develop data foundations for dashboards, KPI reporting, automation, and data-quality measurement.
• Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish data warehouse models and engineering standards that support enterprise-scale growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with SQL and Python.
• Strong experience with data warehousing, data modeling, star schemas, and report design.
• Experience with AWS data services, including Redshift, Athena, S3, DMS, Glue, or SageMaker.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow and with high-scale engineering environments.
• Healthcare industry experience, ownership, and the ability to design solutions in a rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting dashboard catalogs, KPI design, and reusable data-quality solutions across business domains.
