Forward Planner (Construction)

Location: Washington State, United States; overnight travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead consultants in the design and development of improvement, final plat, landscape, and dry utility plans.
• Submit plans to city and county agencies for approval and permit processing.
• Develop and maintain entitlement schedules and budgets.
• Manage consultant contracts, approve invoices, and coordinate project documentation.
• Provide community information, lot exhibits, CC&Rs, easement disclosures, and related materials to the Sales Department.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and serve as the primary liaison with governmental agencies and departments.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating residential construction planning and land development activities.
• Ability to manage consultants, contracts, schedules, budgets, and permitting processes.
• Ability to coordinate with city and county agencies, governmental departments, legal counsel, and internal sales teams.
• Professional and ethical approach to business.
• Ability to travel overnight.
