FPGA Engineer (Low-Latency Trading)

What you will do

• Partner with quantitative researchers and strategy developers to translate trading challenges into hardware designs.
• Architect FPGA solutions, including hardware selection and key functional blocks, to accelerate infrastructure.
• Implement solutions from the board through the API and deploy them to production.
• Iterate with trading teams and strategy developers to improve hardware performance.
• Own hardware solutions across architecture, design, simulation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FPGA or ASIC high-level architecture, design, and development.
• Experience with VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or a foreign equivalent.
• Prior trading or finance experience is helpful but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as Ethernet and PCIe.
• Experience with C#, C, or Java.
