Redemption Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must live and be able to work in Canada

Salary: CAD 23–25 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay

What you will do

• Assist with reward order fulfillment, including purchasing rewards and resolving technical or vendor issues.
• Source rewards and experiences from around the world for client marketplaces.
• Maintain reward records, marketplace listings, and client reward data.
• Work with Support to resolve reward-related customer issues.
• Help Finance manage and maintain client reward budgets.
• Support Customer Success with administrative needs.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce, especially in a virtual setting.
• Resourceful and curious approach to investigating issues.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working remotely as part of a closely connected team.
