Service Coord Strat Accts

Location: Minnesota, United States; remote. Requires alignment with 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST hours.

Compensation: $20.91–$27.16 per hour.

What you will do

• Coordinate service requests, dispatch activities, installations, repairs, and customer support for strategic accounts.
• Monitor service schedules, resource utilization, work orders, and customer requests while prioritizing operational deadlines.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns through timely communication and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, inventory usage, schedules, and related documentation.
• Coordinate resources with internal stakeholders, field service teams, and customers to deliver service commitments.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer support, dispatch, project coordination, or a related area.
• Knowledge of customer service, service coordination, dispatch, and support operations.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests, schedules, and operational deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with service management, scheduling, dispatch, and business systems.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting strategic, national, or high-volume customer accounts.
• Experience coordinating field service, technical support, or installation activities.
