Project Planning and Control Analyst

What you will do

• Support financial review cycles for global software engineering projects.
• Review project budget variances, explanations, remaining budgets, and funding requirements.
• Profile budget expenses and validate them against resource assignments.
• Prepare related reports and communicate regularly with internal clients.
• Submit process improvement ideas and lead continuous improvement activities.
• Support material purchasing and other financially related engineering tasks.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• College or bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Perfect bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
• Team-oriented, flexible, able to build positive relationships with colleagues and internal customers, and willing to learn new software tools.
