Shipping Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Provide administrative support for shipping payment inquiries, vendor accounts, invoices, and management reporting.
• Reconcile shipping agent accounts, vendor quotes, purchase orders in SAP, invoices, and system variances.
• Oversee procurement workflows and regional spending for Travelling Exhibitions.
• Partner with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies related to shipping quotes and customs.
• Support customs declarations, licence applications, packing requests, pre-alerts, air freight invoices, and international shipment tracking during peak periods.
• Maintain shipping records and complete additional projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• BA degree and 1–2 years of administrative or procurement experience.
• Basic knowledge of international and domestic shipping logistics.
• Strong experience with ERP or CRM systems, particularly SAP.
• Excellent organization, analytical skills, confidentiality, discretion, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Client service skills, including active listening, empathy, patience, and service orientation.
• Proficiency in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.

Nice to have

• Degree or relevant experience in Finance, Business, Operations, Logistics, IT, or Engineering.
