FP&A Business Partner (Electric Mobility)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

hirify.global builds and operates a growing network of solar- and wind-powered fast-charging stations across Europe to accelerate the transition to electric mobility.

What you will do

• Analyze KPIs and dashboards, identify trends, and advise Business Managers on performance.
• Build three-statement financial models and scenario analyses for cash management and investment decisions.
• Track European operating and capital expenditure, benchmark performance, and maintain updated estimates.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and create scalable business processes.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, retail, product, engineering, and Data Analyst teams across Europe.
• Support quarterly and annual IFRS reporting and participate in Audit Committee discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar FP&A or finance business partnering role.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred.
• Strong expertise in management control, investment appraisal, and valuation.
• Ability to build scalable financial tools, work with complex datasets, and produce reliable decision-ready outputs.
• Clear communication skills and maturity to influence decisions at board level, with ownership of complex projects.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
