Corporate Insurance/Risk Analyst

Base salary: $65,775–$98,224 per year

What you will do

• Support global insurance programs covering workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, general and automobile liability, umbrella and excess liability, product recall, property, and stock throughput.
• Assist with insurance renewals, claims, recoveries, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and related program documentation.
• Collaborate with the EHS team on the global property loss control plan and infrared program.
• Administer operating plans, budgets, accruals, invoices, and monthly and quarterly variance reporting.
• Support the Risk Management Information System, intranet portal, enterprise risk management processes, captive insurance company, and acquisition diligence and integration.
• Identify program improvements and cost- and time-saving opportunities while collaborating with business units and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate risk management involving global risks or at a corporate insurance broker working with large, complex accounts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics concisely and persuasively.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, and control projects and collaborate with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Travel may be required.
• Final candidates must complete a background check and drug screening; video and/or in-person interviews are required for identity verification.

Nice to have

• MBA or legal background.
• ARM certification or a similar insurance certification, or an interest in obtaining one.
