Risk Analyst (Reinsurance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Tampa, Philadelphia, Seattle, or New York; at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients.

Salary: $70,000–$82,000 annually, depending on location.

What you will do

• Collect and analyze client data and prepare reinsurance submissions.
• Support reinsurance program renewals, broking placements, account monitoring, and contract documentation.
• Prepare presentations on industry trends, client options, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide market research and financial analysis to senior brokers and support client relationship management.
• Respond to client and reinsurer requests, coordinate audits and visits, and help resolve issues.
• Develop knowledge of reinsurer capabilities, compliance procedures, and the reinsurance industry while progressing toward an Account Executive role.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with expected graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Legal authorization to work permanently and continuously in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage changing priorities, and work both independently and across multiple teams.
