What you will do

• Partner with recruiting leads and talent acquisition colleagues to execute targeted recruiting strategies.
• Manage multiple hiring priorities and keep hiring stakeholders informed with market insights and recruiting data.
• Draft job descriptions and source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Boolean search.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle while maintaining accurate ATS and related-system data.
• Review resumes, conduct recruiter screens, assess candidate fit, and prepare recommendations for hiring teams.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and support consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in consulting, corporate, professional services, or executive search.
• Strong change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office, ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Boolean search.
