Senior Consultant, Client Service Investment Operations (Custody)

What you will do

• Manage key custody client relationships and serve as the senior point of contact for complex queries and service matters.
• Lead client communications, service reviews, due diligence activities, management reporting, and complex onboarding initiatives.
• Oversee daily team activities, service-level performance, reconciliations, workflows, dashboards, trend analysis, and operational controls.
• Act as a senior escalation point and coordinate with internal operational and support teams to resolve issues.
• Coach and mentor junior partners while supporting knowledge sharing and an inclusive team environment.
• Lead process improvements, automation and technology initiatives, and projects driven by regulatory, market, or business changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fund services, preferably custody, with knowledge of custody operations and industry practices.
• Strong understanding of the securities industry, financial products, and instruments.
• Experience managing client relationships, resolving complex issues, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and operational improvement experience.
• Right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
