Associate or Associate Director, Strategy (Digital Infrastructure & Powered Land)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Annual base salary: $130,000–$175,000, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute digital infrastructure and powered land strategy.
• Evaluate markets, sites, and commercial opportunities based on power, transmission, interconnection, land, customer demand, and development factors.
• Assess large-load demand alongside renewable energy, storage, and other generation resources.
• Build market frameworks and screening tools to prioritize geographies and development opportunities.
• Analyze transmission, utility, regulatory, competitive, and digital infrastructure market dynamics.
• Support origination, due diligence, transactions, M&A, financial underwriting, and materials for senior management.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and at least two years of relevant professional experience for the Associate level; additional experience is expected for the Associate Director level.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, research, synthesis, and communication skills, including experience with large or complex datasets.
• Experience in digital infrastructure, power markets, energy infrastructure, real estate or land development, strategy, consulting, investing, market analysis, or a related field.
• Ability to evaluate power availability, transmission and interconnection, land, customer demand, commercial considerations, and development risk.
• Interest in digital infrastructure, powered land development, energy infrastructure, and/or United States electricity markets.
• Ability to work in New York, NY.
