Digital Consulting Director (Oracle Cloud Financials)

Location: Chicago, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% required.

Base salary: $160,000–$225,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $218,750–$303,750.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale Oracle Financials implementation engagements from solution design through delivery.
• Conduct design sessions across multiple Oracle Financial modules while remaining hands-on.
• Lead as both Finance Architect and Engagement Lead, overseeing solution architecture and execution.
• Manage client engagement delivery, project planning, estimating, and multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
• Lead onshore and offshore support resources and collaborate with senior client executives.
• Develop client relationships, identify additional project opportunities, and contribute to staff development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting or advisory experience focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Financial implementations as a Finance Architect and Engagement Lead.
• Experience with implementation planning, functional application expertise, estimating, and project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior financially literate executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
