PRN Nurse Practitioner / Physician Associate

Location: Greenwood, Indiana, United States; onsite position

Salary: $55.00–$72.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct routine wellness appointments, chronic care visits, and urgent visits.
• Work autonomously while building trusted relationships with patients and clients.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current ANCC or AANP board certification for Nurse Practitioners, or current NCCPA board certification for Physician Associates.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
