Registered Nurse CDH Pre/Post Casual Rotating

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; onsite clinical role

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients, analyze clinical data, and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
• Direct and delegate care activities to assistants involved in patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Document care, patient responses, communications, and updates to treatment plans in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; an Associate Degree in Nursing is accepted with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide clinically competent professional nursing care and follow applicable regulatory standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the relevant clinical area.
• Trauma Nurse Specialist, Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse credentials.
• Emergency room or pediatric emergency room experience.
