Data Analyst - Marketing

What you will do

• Monitor marketing funnel metrics, channel performance, and reporting dashboards while diagnosing deviations and root causes.
• Analyze defined business problems with SQL and Python, quantify drop-off drivers, and provide recommendations that account for business tradeoffs.
• Build and maintain reusable dbt models in Snowflake for marketing reporting.
• Develop and maintain Periscope dashboards with charts and metrics that improve funnel visibility.
• Partner with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering on strategy changes, releases, and post-release impact analysis.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and development while verifying logic, correcting errors, and supporting junior analysts through knowledge sharing, code review, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL skills, relational database experience, and query authoring proficiency.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Ability to work with AI and LLM tools while independently verifying and correcting their output.
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
