Business Analyst SAP SuccessFactors HR (Banking)

Location: Hybrid role in Amstelveen, North Holland, Netherlands. Full-time, 36 hours per week, starting 1 January 2027; a gradual buildup during the remainder of 2026 is possible and preferred.

What you will do

• Gather and document requirements for new SAP SuccessFactors functionality and align them with IT partners.
• Implement Position Management and support work across Learning, Succession, and Performance Management.
• Analyse and improve HR processes with HR colleagues and SaaS suppliers.
• Support change risk assessments and manage IT changes within the HR department.
• Handle daily HR IT operations, including employee questions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Developer in the HR domain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience gathering requirements and a strong understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Position Management, Succession, Performance Management, or Learning in SAP SuccessFactors.
