IT Product Owner, eCom

Location: Annecy, France; hybrid work model with usual remote-work arrangement

What you will do

• Define, consolidate and maintain the IT Enablement backlog for the e-commerce domain.
• Structure requests into Ideas, Epics, Features and User Stories, ensuring that initiatives are qualified and documented before kickoff.
• Prepare prioritization sessions, assess expected value and dependencies, and arbitrate between projects, technical maintenance, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with architects, technical experts, developers, team leads and domain managers to refine solutions, estimate effort and manage capacity and priority trade-offs.
• Support development and platform teams during execution and maintain visibility on portfolio progress and commitments.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, productivity gains, quality improvements and operational performance.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Solid experience with e-commerce environments and flows.
• Technico-functional understanding of development constraints and challenges.
• Experience building and structuring comprehensive backlogs, prioritizing effectively and driving results.
• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination and facilitation skills.
• Intermediate English at B2 level and a good level of French required.

Nice to have

• Interest in or knowledge of AI.
• Experience in any industry, provided that strong e-commerce experience is present.
