Transcend Deployment Manager - MAKE Quality Management (QM) (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid in Cork, Ireland, with alternate locations potentially available in Latina, Italy; Madrid, Spain; and Leiden, Netherlands. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally may be required.

Salary: €70,100–€121,210 annually in Ireland. Additional annual ranges are €56,100–€96,945 in Italy, €61,800–€106,260 in Spain, and €68,600–€119,600 in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Deploy and support global SAP S/4HANA Quality Management capabilities integrated with NextGen QS.
• Enable release management, laboratory testing, manufacturing batch record review, and packaging artwork key-date governance.
• Support Global Batch Traceability and future integration with Batch Record Hub.
• Define and govern batch determination rulesets for compliant internal use and customer shipments.
• Lead functional testing, validation support, issue resolution, and hypercare in alignment with GxP and CSV expectations.
• Provide functional leadership, workload planning, coaching, and escalation management while collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, Validation, and system-integration teams.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in Quality Management within GxP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA or ECC6 QM expertise, including batch management, inspections, non-conformance handling, release workflows, and quality inspections.
• Experience with SAP implementations subject to Computer System Validation and regulatory inspection.
• Experience managing people and accountability for functional delivery and quality outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Comet, eLIMS, or Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Background in external, market, or commercial quality.
• Experience with master data, advanced planning, product labelling, materials management, serialization, track and trace, or process order management.
• Experience in global transformation programs, Agile delivery, JIRA, or program deployment methodologies.
