Manager Clinical Trial Payments (MedTech)

Location: Prague, Czechia. The position is also listed in Beerse and Antwerp, Belgium; Berlin, Germany; Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; Madrid, Spain; and Warsaw, Poland.

Salary: 1,308,000–2,505,850 CZK gross yearly.

What you will do

• Own regional clinical trial payment processes, including payment calculations, CTMS visit templates, suppliers, purchase orders, and reconciliation.
• Resolve failed payments and purchase requisition issues while coordinating with counterparts in other regions.
• Support mCTMS and related payment systems through concierge-service issue resolution.
• Train CCS team members and study teams on payment processes and available support.
• Act as a liaison between CCS, Site Contract Managers, Local Trial Managers, Global Trial Managers, suppliers, and clinical investigator sites.
• Manage and develop a virtual global team, including performance management and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience or equivalent competencies in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research.
• At least 4 years of clinical payment experience and working knowledge of clinical payment processing.
• Experience with clinical payment and enterprise systems such as CTMS, Ariba, P2P, SAP, and RAVE.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and guidance such as HIPAA, FCPA, and Safe Harbor.
• Experience working in virtual teams.
• Additional language skills.
