Finance Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations finance processes and resolve system, process, and data issues.
• Act as a key contact for Finance system queries, coordinating with IT and external partners on incidents and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, system utilisation, and data quality.
• Support finance master data governance and compliance with audit requirements.
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, testing, change adoption, user training, and process documentation.
• Support global Finance teams during system changes and rollouts.

Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system testing, change management, and user support.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with issue investigation, master data governance, financial controls, process standardisation, Microsoft Excel, and stakeholder management.
