Senior Business Systems Analyst, Global Quality Systems (MedTech)

Location: Delta Park and Concorde Way, Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom; on-site 5 days per week

What you will do

• Provide functional support and expand Quality Management and Regulatory Systems capabilities.
• Design and administer IT solutions, integrated business systems, interfaces, and processes.
• Analyse business issues and data challenges and identify effective operational solutions.
• Document requirements, business processes, recommendations, and functional and system design specifications.
• Evaluate local and global system proposals and advise management on their potential impact.
• Manage Quality Management system projects and resolve complex issues for functional departments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Quality Management Systems and detailed knowledge of Quality Management processes across several functional areas.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or another production environment.
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM or equivalent Quality systems; familiarity with GxP Validated Systems.
• Knowledge of application programming, databases, system design, and Internet, Intranet, Extranet, and client/server architectures.
• Experience with the Project Management Life Cycle and the ability to plan work, timelines, and effort estimates.
• Strong IT literacy and competence with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Veeva Quality module.
• Prior experience with Oracle Agile PLM.
