Senior Analyst - Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) (EDI/e-commerce standards): Driving customer onboarding, EDI mapping, testing, deployment, and process improvements within a cross-functional healthcare supply chain organization with an accent on European data exchange standards, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation. Focus on leading EDI initiatives, resolving complex integration issues, and coordinating implementations with IT partners, suppliers, customers, and global stakeholders.
Location: Onsite in Northampton, Northamptonshire; relocating to a new CEVA Logistics healthcare facility in Rockingham Park, Corby, in 2027

What you will do
- Drive customer onboarding and EDI implementations within cross-functional teams.
- Develop, review, test, and deploy EDI maps and specifications.
- Lead or support EDI initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data standards comply with applicable regulations and privacy and security policies.
- Collaborate with IT partners, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders on business initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement activities, including Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of EDI experience, including at least 1 year in customer service or a customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of European EDI and e-commerce standards, including Peppol BIS, EDIFACT, GDPR, EN 16931, ViDA, UN/CEFACT CII, XML/UBL, X12, CIUS, XRechnung, and Factur-X.
- Experience with EDI software and mapping tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, project management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Excellent English-language skills and multilingual capability required.
