Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia; onsite five days a week

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support for supply chain management activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement, material planning, inventory, and distribution functions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Enter and maintain data in supply chain application systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on supply chain operations.
  • Support import and export processes, customs clearance, documentation, and compliance.
  • Arrange transportation, monitor on-time shipments, and help resolve shipping and freight payment issues.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • Working knowledge of logistics management, transportation, import/export procedures, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to analyze operational problems, compare solutions, and identify root causes.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail when processing large quantities of information.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia.
