Digital Area Service Manager (HVAC)

Location: Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday and flexible work location on Fridays. Travel to customer job sites is required, including outdoor areas and mechanical or equipment rooms.

Annual base salary: $117,673.33–$164,675.00. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Lead service repair, upgrades, installations, service agreements, and customer connectivity activities across the area.
• Own P&L responsibilities, revenue forecasting, budget control, service agreement growth, and margin performance.
• Oversee service coordination for emergency repairs, maintenance contracts, scheduled work, upgrades, installations, and replacement components.
• Recruit, coach, train, and develop service employees while balancing technician skills and resources across the district.
• Improve invoicing, collections, utilization, transactional processes, customer experience, and cash flow.
• Maintain environmental, health, and safety compliance for work performed in shops and at customer sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, technical systems, equipment, skilled trades, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and coaching large teams and organizing work schedules.
• Project management skills for service projects, startups, and customer requests.
• Technology proficiency with Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is an asset.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous three years.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in Mechanicsburg and travel to customer job sites.
