Focus on identifying and resolving construction issues, monitoring project procedures, and aligning clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Location: On-site in Milan, Italy

What you will do
- Lead project quality delivery and act as a visible leader on the construction site.
- Assess progress and ensure safe work practices are followed.
- Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultants, contractors, and project partners.
- Implement and monitor project procedures, processes, and quality improvements.
- Lead progress meetings, resolve issues, and communicate project impacts to stakeholders.
Requirements
- More than 20 years of progressively senior experience in data centre construction or project management.
- Experience leading teams and managing people.
- Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
- Experience with hyperscale data centres or large-scale industrial and mission-critical projects.
- PMP and LEED AP qualifications, or active progress toward completing them.
- Ability to work on-site in Milan, Italy.
