What you will do

• Own end-to-end data and analytics deployment for an assigned release, including preparation, testing, migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Develop release deployment plans, playbooks, checkpoints, readiness metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Coordinate Data Stewards, MDG, data migration, analytics, functional, regional, and local teams.
• Lead mock loads, data validation, reconciliation, testing readiness, and release sign-offs.
• Manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and post-go-live data stabilization.
• Ensure alignment with global SAP templates, governance standards, regulatory expectations, and business readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration, MDG, data governance, or analytics deployment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or ECC deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP master data across MM, SD, FI/CO, BP, and related modules, including ETL, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Experience with GxP, SOX, CSV, audit, GDPR, and data integrity standards.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in global pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, augmented reality, digital strategy, change management, and innovation.
