Senior Blockchain Engineer (Blockchain)

Location: Based in Zurich, Switzerland; the role will move to Baar in 2030

What you will do

• Develop software related to blockchain technology and other security solutions.
• Design and develop security architecture.
• Take technical ownership of security solutions.
• Contribute to complex projects involving enterprise-grade crypto custody and blockchain technologies.

Requirements

• Higher-education degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• In-depth technical expertise in blockchain solutions.
• Proven software development experience in IT security.
• Motivation to take responsibility and continuously develop technical expertise.
• Experience or strong familiarity with DLT, derivation paths, key ceremonies, change addresses, smart contracts, multi-signature systems, BIP39, and enterprise-grade crypto custody.

• Affinity for artificial intelligence and willingness to use AI-enabled tools and working methods.
