What you will do

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support MES solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage MES master data, manufacturing workflows, process flows, routing, constraint management, dispatch management, and DOE functionality.
• Develop and maintain SECS-I, HSMS, and SECS/GEM interfaces, templates, equipment characterisation, automation validation, and custom interlocks.
• Integrate MES, semiconductor equipment, ERP, SCADA, PLC, historian, databases, APIs, web services, and other manufacturing systems.
• Coordinate with IT, Engineering, Production, Automation, and equipment stakeholders on manufacturing integration projects.
• Manage technical deliverables, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, deployment, and production ramp-up.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in MES, automation, manufacturing systems, or related engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SECS/GEM development, equipment automation, or semiconductor equipment integration.
• Experience delivering MES or automation projects from design through deployment and production support.
• Strong knowledge of MES architecture, manufacturing processes, equipment integration, automation validation, and factory automation.
• Experience with C++, C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, APIs, web services, Oracle/SQL databases, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience working with multiple equipment types, manufacturing systems, or automation platforms.
