Logistics Transformation Product Owner (SAP S/4)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom. Some travel within the UK and internationally is required.

hirify.global Defence and Space is integrating a newly acquired aerospace manufacturing operation into its core organization and deploying a unified SAP S/4HANA digital ecosystem.

What you will do

• Drive logistics delivery within the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Coordinate Belfast operations stakeholders, process owners, and information management teams from discovery through entry into service.
• Analyze the existing organization, processes, and IT landscape and assess the SAP S/4HANA-based solution.
• Deploy SAP S/4HANA and surrounding hirify.global tools while aligning the solution with global standards and other S/4 projects.
• Lead business transformation, adoption, acceptance testing, data migration, entry into service, and hypercare.
• Ensure integration between logistics and Finance, shopfloor, planning and supply, manufacturing engineering, customs, and export control domains.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in Informatics, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, or Supply Chain with at least 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or a related complex industry; alternatively, HNC-level education with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven change-management experience and strong project-management capability.
• Detailed logistics knowledge and end-to-end global supply-chain understanding.
• Deep understanding of SAP supply-chain modules and SAP S/4HANA solution and deployment methodology.
• BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check, are required.

Nice to have

• SAP/EWM or other SAP certifications.
• Experience in logistics operations and additional business domains.
• Experience with SAFe or Agile frameworks.
• Experience with SAP transitions during corporate carve-ins or integrations.
