Senior CRO Strategist (CRO/AI): Developing and optimizing customer acquisition funnels and landing pages through market research, hypothesis generation, and A/B testing with an accent on data-driven conversion optimization and cross-functional delivery. Focus on interpreting marketing performance data, scaling winning strategies, and using AI to accelerate research, experimentation, and content creation.

What you will do
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research for new and existing clients.
- Develop landing page concepts and customer acquisition funnels.
- Generate, prioritize, and document CRO hypotheses.
- Plan and manage A/B testing roadmaps across multiple clients.
- Analyze campaign and landing page performance, translate data into recommendations, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Video Producers, IT, Media Buyers, and Analytics teams to deliver projects on time and scale successful strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, CRO, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and using AI tools for marketing research and automation.
- Proficient English language skills and availability to work remotely from the Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- Experience in Home Improvement or Lead Generation.
- Experience with Meta, Google Ads, Native Advertising, or YouTube.
- Knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Tableau, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
