Senior CRO Strategist

Location: Remote in Romania

What you will do

• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research for new and existing clients.
• Develop landing page concepts and customer acquisition funnels.
• Generate, prioritize, and document CRO hypotheses.
• Plan and manage A/B testing roadmaps across multiple clients.
• Analyze landing page and campaign performance, translating data into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Video Producers, IT, Media Buyers, and Analytics specialists to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, CRO, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, landing page optimization, and A/B test evaluation.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and using AI tools for marketing research and automation.
• Proficient English language skills and availability to work remotely from Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience in Home Improvement or lead generation.
• Experience with Meta, Google Ads, Native Advertising, or YouTube.
• Knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with Tableau, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
