What you will do

• Drive execution of the digital acquisition roadmap through 2032.
• Identify and prioritize customer acquisition opportunities across digital channels.
• Grow digital sales and optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, and conversion rates.
• Define and track acquisition KPIs, including traffic, conversion, acquisition cost, digital sales, and customer value.
• Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and the scaling of successful growth initiatives.
• Align Growth, Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, UX, and Technology stakeholders around measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in digital growth, acquisition, performance marketing, digital product management, or customer journey management.
• Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, conversion optimization, and growth frameworks.
• Experience using customer and performance data to guide business decisions.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a digital environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and customer centricity.
