Retention Marketing Manager (Hybrid, Cluj-Napoca)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office. Travel of 20–30% is required.

What you will do

• Lead retention marketing and loyalty strategies for customer brands.
• Manage rewards programs and develop lifecycle campaigns to improve retention and profitability.
• Define personalization and customer journey optimization initiatives across website and other channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, calendars, creative briefs, resources, and project delivery.
• Analyze campaign metrics, customer segments, testing results, and post-campaign performance.
• Present recommendations and collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing specialists, and business leaders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience in a multi-channel environment.
• Experience with customer journey optimization, contact strategy, marketing automation, and customer experience testing.
• Previous experience managing rewards or customer loyalty programs.
• Experience with data-driven marketing, A/B and multivariate testing, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge, including advanced Excel.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading, coaching, and mobilizing teams.
