Payroll Specialist (EURASIA)

What you will do

• Process Polish and other EMEA payrolls for multiple group companies, including off-cycle payments, adjustments, final pay calculations, filings, and reports.
• Validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies, manage escalations, and interpret payroll policies across jurisdictions.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records covering tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits.
• Support payroll system upgrades, integrations, configuration, and standardized workflow rollouts across EMEA.
• Document and implement standardized payroll procedures and contribute to harmonization and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Strong end-to-end payroll expertise, including complex calculations and statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage priorities independently, make sound decisions, and handle sensitive payroll matters.
• Business-level English and fluent Polish are strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar payroll systems.
• Experience with data entry, reconciliation, payroll troubleshooting, and solution implementation.
• Experience communicating with employees and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
• Additional European language skills.
