Cyber Security Functional Lead

Location: Stockton-on-Tees, United Kingdom; operational site support and onsite work are required.

What you will do

• Provide technical and professional leadership to engineering authority and operational-site cyber security engineers.
• Implement group strategies for engineering systems and cyber security.
• Provide tactical advice on cyber security, control systems management, and engineering systems management.
• Ensure compliance with NIS Regulations, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, legislation, and company procedures.
• Lead annual Cyber Assessment Framework submissions to UK regulatory authorities and report cyber KPIs to asset owners and the corporate board.
• Support cyber risk assessments and secure asset modifications through the Management of Change process.

Requirements

• HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Broad experience with industrial, communications, and security systems, including SCADA, PLC, and DCS.
• Experience managing ageing and obsolete equipment.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and standards adherence.
• Ability to develop and manage cyber KPIs and PSPIs.
• Knowledge of HASAWA, IEC 62443, HSE OG-0086, PUWER, NIS, and COMAH.
