Principal Field Application Engineer (Automotive and Industrial)

Location: Germany, home based; frequent travel required across EMEA.

What you will do

• Drive design wins for strategic automotive and industrial accounts.
• Visit customers and deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings.
• Lead proof-of-concept activities, solution design, and demonstrations.
• Manage design-in campaigns and coordinate information across business groups and customer stakeholders.
• Assess customer requirements, competitive positioning, and the technical and business value of hirify.global solutions.
• Analyze customer objectives and share market, product, and technology insights with sales and product teams.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably a Master’s degree, in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in design engineering and application engineering.
• Experience with automotive and/or industrial customers is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging technical stakeholders.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to travel frequently.
