HR Project Delivery Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end, multi-country EOR onboarding programs for enterprise clients, managing timelines, risks, resources, and critical milestones.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for enterprise customers and partner with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Coordinate regional HR Operations teams and translate local employment, compliance, immigration, benefits, and payroll requirements into clear action plans.
• Identify and resolve regulatory risks, operational blockers, and payroll setup delays across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive customer activation, platform adoption, and high-quality onboarding for enterprise administrators and international employees.
• Develop implementation playbooks and scalable workflows, and share customer requirements with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia; the role is remote-first.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise implementation, customer onboarding, technical project management, or operations delivery.
• Experience in EOR, payroll, global HR technology, or SaaS environments, with knowledge of global employment mechanics and employment law basics.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using PMP, Agile, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong communication and consultative leadership skills, including confidence working with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory and operational issues and resolve problems in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume employee transfers, TUPE, M&A transitions, or enterprise-wide migrations.
• International work experience across EMEA, LATAM, or APAC.
