Senior Implementation Manager (German Speaking)

Location: Berlin, with an average of 2 days per week in the local hirify.global office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations, including multi-product launches, data integrations, SSO, and SCIM.
• Translate customer objectives into scalable platform configuration, data designs, and survey or program setups aligned with HR systems and governance.
• Plan and manage milestones, roles, risks, dependencies, status cadences, and stakeholder communication.
• Resolve implementation issues and escalations with Support, People Science, Trainers, Product, and other cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate customer enablement, document implementation decisions, and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success.
• Improve implementation playbooks, templates, checklists, delivery standards, and repeatable best practices while mentoring peers.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and implementing customer-facing projects.
• Ideally 2–4 years of experience implementing SaaS products with customers.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Experience in project management, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR tech, people analytics, or employee experience platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale programs, complex integrations, or global rollouts.
• Project or change management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Prosci.
