Senior Implementation Specialist

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with in-person attendance at the hub 3 days per week and residence within commuting distance required.

What you will do

• Own onboarding, rollout plans, timelines, and account delivery for Premium, Pro, and Enterprise customers.
• Gather client requirements and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations for long-term adoption.
• Configure customer accounts, support marketplace and custom API integrations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Lead change management, adoption activities, and tailored training for executives and company-wide users.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
• Monitor post-launch booking behaviour, improve implementation processes, support pre-sales, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven success as an Implementation Specialist working with Enterprise customers.
• Experience managing complex international projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with C-level stakeholders and build relationships with internal and external audiences.
• Strong communication, organisation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Technical understanding of integrations and open APIs, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• English is the official language at the office; applications should be submitted in English.
