Technical Project Manager (MDM/Databricks): Leading client implementations of a Databricks-native Master Data Management platform from kickoff through go-live with an accent on delivery planning, data platform coordination, and stakeholder communication. Focus on coordinating client-owned cloud environments, managing security and governance requirements, and delivering clear decisions, risks, and executive updates across concurrent projects.
Location: Remote, with listed locations in Medellin, Colombia; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Mexico City, Mexico; and Brasilia, Brazil. The role states that any location is permitted.

What you will do
- Lead two to three concurrent product implementations from scope and planning through go-live.
- Coordinate environment setup, source-system onboarding, match tuning, data steward enablement, and production cutover.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for client sponsors, data owners, platform administrators, and business data stewards.
- Coordinate client-owned Databricks workspace access, Unity Catalog permissions, cloud infrastructure, security reviews, and due diligence activities.
- Lead sprint ceremonies, steering committees, executive readouts, demos, and project documentation.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, resources, change requests, and lessons learned without direct reporting authority.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing client-facing technical or data projects.
- Experience delivering data platform, data integration, analytics, or enterprise software implementations on time and within budget.
- Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms, plus AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of data quality, data governance, role-based access control, and personal data handling.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery, project tools such as Jira or Confluence, and clear client-facing reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal English is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is also required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Master Data Management, entity resolution, or customer 360 solutions.
- Familiarity with Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Databricks workflows, or AI and machine learning features in enterprise software.
- Experience with client security reviews, vendor due diligence, SOC 2, or compliance requirements.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, consulting, or systems integrator experience.
