Senior Operations Manager – Core Banking (Technology Operations): Leading the operational management and continuous improvement of Core Banking applications with an accent on stability, security, performance, risk controls, and service quality. Focus on resolving incidents, managing vulnerabilities and lifecycle roadmaps, driving DevOps and automation practices, and developing high-performing technology operations teams.

What you will do

Lead Core Bankhirify.global technology operations, includhirify.global incident triage, service requests, technology risks, SLA adherence, and service quality.
Own the IT risk and controls framework, includhirify.global remediation, control evidence, governance, and compliance improvements.
Manage patchhirify.global, vulnerability, and security remediation processes, prioritizhirify.global and reporthirify.global critical findhirify.globals.
Partner with Technology and Business stakeholders to define service roadmaps, KPIs, operational priorities, and continuous improvements.
Develop lifecycle-management and operational roadmaps, business cases, and plans to keep technology assets secure and supported.
Coach team members and promote operational excellence, automation, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Core Bankhirify.global, Technology Operations, or large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong background in IT Engineerhirify.global, Software Development with Java or .NET, Cloud technologies, and application architecture.
Experience with IT risk, operational controls, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influenchirify.global skills across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Information Systems, Engineerhirify.global, or a related discipline.
Leadership experience managhirify.global high-performhirify.global teams and operational excellence.
