TL;DR
Security Standards & Framework Manager (FinTech): Establishing and maintaining information security policies, standards, frameworks, and documentation aligned with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and regulatory requirements with an accent on ISMS management, certification, and compliance. Focus on leading audits, improving security governance, and validating adherence to information security standards across cross-functional teams.
Location: NCR - WGC, Philippines; onsite at least 3 times per week

What you will do
- Establish, develop, and maintain information security policies, standards, frameworks, and related documentation.
- Align security governance with business requirements, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, BSP regulations, and other applicable requirements.
- Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System and PCI DSS certification.
- Lead and support annual audits, certification initiatives, and compliance documentation updates.
- Develop processes to validate and track compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in information security and/or management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of information security regulations and standards, including ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Availability to work onsite at least 3 times per week in NCR - WGC.
