Security Standards & Framework Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: NCR - WGC, Philippines; onsite at least 3 times per week

What you will do

• Establish, develop, and maintain information security policies, standards, frameworks, and related documentation.
• Align security documentation with business requirements, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System.
• Lead annual audits, certification initiatives, and compliance documentation updates.
• Develop processes and procedures to validate and track compliance with security standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in information security and/or management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and related information security standards and regulations.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a self-starter.
