Senior Event Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and deliver trade shows, customer events, VIP visits, and internal events.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners through event delivery.
• Create event artwork, presentations, invitations, digital assets, and promotional materials.
• Support exhibition stand design, branding, marketing campaigns, and event communications.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, improve event processes, maintain the customer database, and support merchandise packaging and delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in event management, including trade shows, hybrid events, and onsite events.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept to execution.
• Experience delivering trade shows, conferences, customer events, and VIP engagements.
• Hands-on experience creating printed and digital event materials and other promotional content.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required. German is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM and digital event and marketing platforms.
• Tertiary marketing qualification or equivalent.
