Marketing Associate (Frankfurt am Main) (AI)

Location: Germany, ideally within 200 km of Frankfurt am Main. Travel and in-person event attendance are required. A valid driver's license and German proficiency at C1 level or higher are required.

What you will do

• Execute hirify.global's social media presence for German- and English-speaking audiences, including content creation, scheduling, adaptation, proofreading, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate content distribution across social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaign assets.
• Research markets, target accounts, competitors, industry trends, and content opportunities.
• Support the planning and delivery of physical events, including venues, logistics, invitations, on-site execution, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders at industry events, conferences, webinars, and team onsites.
• Provide first-level technical support to Legal AI Suite customers and support ongoing post-sale engagement, website updates, and marketing operations.

Requirements

• Located in Germany and able to travel for in-person events.
• German at C1 level or higher and comfortable working in both German and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Initial experience in social media, marketing, communications, customer support, or a similar role; internships and working student experience are relevant.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written communication, copy editing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with social scheduling or analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Experience planning or executing physical events.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services.
• Spanish fluency.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, or Eventbrite.
